How Does it Work?
Memory On Hand is an easy-to-use wearable device that uses a scientific memory strategy called "Spaced Retrieval".
Spaced retrieval works by:
1. Reminding you to remember a piece of information several times
2. Having the reminders space out over time
Identify Something to Remember
Could be anything! The name of someone you just met, a birthday, a task, or perhaps a new word.
Press the Button
This begins the schedule of reminders. You'll receive occasional vibrations over the course of an hour.
Recall the Information
At each vibration, try to recall what you wanted to remember. The first few buzzes will be quick, then they'll space out over time.
Remember Long Term
At the end of the reminder schedule, that piece of information should be safely stored in your long term memory. Congrats!
